The first occurrence of this was Jan 7, 2009 and the second was Jan
12, 2009. It deleted two different folders on these dates. In both
cases, there are no events in any log that occurred only on those
dates (they occurred going back weeks, months, years). My plan right
now is to update to SP2 and turn on object access auditing to figure
out the deal. Hope people have more information.

Event log example:
Event Type: Information
Event Source: DFSR
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4412
Date: 1/7/2009
Time: 2:06:13 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SERVER02
Description:
The DFS Replication service detected that a file was changed on
multiple servers. A conflict resolution algorithm was used to
determine the winning file. The losing file was moved to the Conflict
and Deleted folder.

Well nevermind I suppose. I upgraded the servers to SP2, we'll see if
it happens again.
