I'm looking to use DFS on a system where there is 100,000 folders, 1 million
files and 100 GB. The data doesn't change that often, but would like to
ensure it easily replicated between 2 data centers. The connection to both
servers is high speed, so there is no latency.

Is there somewhere showing upper end limits?

I dont think so. I myself have several TB of data in sync. Not sure how many folders and files but it's a lot.
