What is the best way to "PAUSE or STOP replication TEMPORARY"

1. Intial replication completed.
2. How do i stop ONE member from replicating to another TEMPORARY ? via
schedules ?

You can just schedule when you want it to replicate using the DFSR
management console.
Choose the hours you don't want it to replicate and choose "none". Change it
back when your done.
