This is my test batch file:

d:
cd \data\users
md test.user
icacls d:\data\users\test.user /grant cgiahw01\test.user:(OI)(CI)M
dfscmd /map \\cgi.ahw.com\users\test.user \\cgi-ahw2\userte$
dfscmd /add \\cgi.ahw.com\users\test.user \\cgi-ahw01\users$\test.user
dfsradmin rg new /rgname:"cgi.ahw.com\users\test.user"
dfsradmin rg set schedule full /rgname:"cgi.ahw.com\users\test.user"
dfsradmin member new /rgname:"cgi.ahw.com\users\test.user" /
memname:cgi-ahw2
dfsradmin member new /rgname:"cgi.ahw.com\users\test.user" /
memname:cgi-ahw01
dfsradmin conn new /rgname:"cgi.ahw.com\users\test.user" /SendMem:cgi-
ahw2 /RecvMem:cgi-ahw01 /ConnEnabled:true
dfsradmin conn new /rgname:"cgi.ahw.com\users\test.user" /SendMem:cgi-
ahw01 /RecvMem:cgi-ahw2 /ConnEnabled:true
dfsradmin rf new /rgName:"cgi.ahw.com\users\test.user" /
RfName:test.user /RfFileFilter:""
dfsradmin Membership set /RgName:"cgi.ahw.com\users\test.user" /
RfName:test.user /MemName:cgi-ahw2 /LocalPath:d:\users\userte /
MembershipEnabled:true /StagingPath:d:\Users\userte\DfsrPrivate
\Staging /StagingSize:4096 /CDSize:660 /IsPrimary:true
dfsradmin Membership set /RgName:"cgi.ahw.com\users\test.user" /
RfName:test.user /MemName:cgi-ahw01 /LocalPath:d:\data\users
\test.user /MembershipEnabled:true /StagingPath:d:\data\users\test.user
\DfsrPrivate\Staging /StagingSize:4096 /CDSize:660 /IsPrimary:false

I go into the DFS Management GUI and do a refresh.

I click on Namespaces | cgi.ahw.com\users | test.user, in the
Replication tab, I do not see any entry and it says "Replication
status: Not configured".

Still in DFS Management GUI, I click on Replication | cgi.ahw.com\users
\test.user. In the Replicated Folders tab, it says Not Published for
publication status.

What am I missing from my batch file? How do I like my namespace to a
replication entry?

That should have said "How do I link..."
