windows 2003 r2 dfrs.

I created a few target folder. Say i shutdown one of the server's target
folder and left with other online servers.

How does the user know which *other* server he is connected to if the local
server target folder is shutdown ?

Right click the folder. Got to Properties and the DFS tab it show the active
link.
