Is permissions inherit from authorisative member ?

If i make a server an authorisative partner during INITIAL repllication,
subsequently the receiving partners, all partners inherit the permission
from the initial authorisative primary member ?

If that is the case, if i want to enforce permissions, i must plan such a
way that permissions are started from the primary member ?

Yes, NTFS permissions are replicated with whatever replication scheme you
have (one way, two way, mesh etc).
You should start off with the right permissions on the master, and you
should set the correct permissions on the root of the target folder before
you start to replicate

after repllication complete, can i say the master partner becomes a nomal
partner like the rest of its partner ?

If i need to change permission, can i re-apply NEW permissions on the
receiving partner ?
