This member is waiting for initial replication for replicated folder <xxxxx>
and is not currently participating in replication. This delay can occur
because the member is waiting for the DFS Replication service to retrieve
replication settings from Active Directory. After the member detects that it
is part of replication group, the member will begin initial replication.

Does this mean that the receiving partner is not participating ? I disabled
this "receiving member connection" tempoary.

If it is not participating in replication, why are there files in Conflict
and Deleted folder ?

Actually it means what it says. It may be waiting for the DFSR service to
get the replication settings. Just wait.

Why are you doing all this to your replication groups? Wait for initial
replication to complete. It won't as long as you keep disabling members.
Have you let it sit for a week without you touching it?

DFSR will work.........let it.
